Bernie Uhlich is a tenacious Global Supply Chain Transformation Executive with over 25 years experience helping companies optimize, integrate and fundamentally transform their organizations by aligning their Supply Chains and IT with the business, Customers and Partners, to achieve operational excellence combined with managing multiple mergers and acquisition integrations around the world. He optimizes processes, solves complex integration problems and creates new capabilities not previously possible.

Bernie has transformed, optimized and integrated the supply chains and IT to become world-class in companies including Indigo Books & Music (Retail), Celestica (global electronics manufacturing services), Coca-Cola Canada, Unitel (Rogers AT&T Telecom) and others in various industries. He has led operations and projects across functional areas including Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Repair & Field Service, Customer Solution Engineering, Sales and Marketing, M&A, Design, Planning, Manufacturing, Delivery (Fulfillment, Distribution, Logistics), Returns, Consulting Services and IT.

Bernie’s experience spans multiple industries, large and small companies, including global Manufacturing, Retail, Electronics, Telecom, A&D, Automotive, Food & Beverage (CPG), Energy & Resources, Healthcare, IT & Management Consulting. Through his consulting company Uhlich Associates Inc, Bernie and his team provides leadership, implementation, education and advisory solutions to his clients.

Bernie’s background includes systems engineering, psychology, IT, operations, program management and professional certifications in supply chain management, management consulting and IT. He maintains active membership, board and volunteer roles in organizations including APICS (past chapter president), CMC-Canada, PMI, SCMA, The Institute of Corporate Directors and Toastmasters.
