📢 It’s official: I’m running for Tay Township Council! 🗳️

My wife, our dog, and I have proudly called Waubaushene home for the past 11 years. Over the last decade, I’ve had the immense privilege of serving our community—most recently concluding a rewarding nine-year term on the Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH) Board as Board Chair. During that time, we focused on bringing critical healthcare services closer to home and improving local resources.

Now, I am ready to bring that same hands-on, collaborative leadership to Tay Council. My vision for our township is simple:

🛠️ Deliver Core Services: Upgrading roads, water, transit, and emergency infrastructure.
🌲 Preserve Tay’s Character: Managing growth responsibly while protecting our beautiful parks, trails, and heritage.
📈 Fiscal Responsibility: Building smart, balanced budgets that protect taxpayers.
💡 Economic Future: Actively exploring innovative opportunities to support our local businesses, farmers, and creators.

Growth should strengthen Tay—not change what makes it special. I would be deeply honoured to serve on the next Council and work hard for all residents, permanent and seasonal alike.
